BrokerRate publishes user opinions about freight brokers. Ratings are not legal findings and are not FMCSA official data.

Your responsibilities

Post only truthful accounts of your own experience.
Do not post threats, slurs, or personal data of individuals (home addresses, SSNs, private cell numbers).
Always verify broker authority, bond, and insurance on FMCSA systems before hauling.

The app does not tell you whether a load is safe or a broker is licensed. Official status lives on FMCSA SAFER and L&I.

When a shared backend is enabled, operators may remove reviews that appear false, defamatory without factual basis, or off-topic.
